Sugar Free Energy Bars in 5 Minutes - Delicious and Healthy Snacks! No eggs, no milk!

Ingredients:

1 cup(85 g) rolled oats
3/4 cup(100 g) dried cranberries/ raisins
~1/2 cup(60 g) cashews/ or walnuts
~1/2 cup(100 g) dried apricots
1 medium banana
grease with coconut oil/ or your choice
bake 15 minutes at 180°C/360°F
80 g(2.8 oz) dark chocolate(without added sugar)
1 teaspoon coconut oil
melt the chocolate in steam bath or in microwave
refrigerate for 20-30 minutes
