Russia wants to cooperate with interested partners to form human-rights protection system – Putin

Speaking at the Human Rights Council meeting, Vladimir Putin has noted that international human rights promotion is worsening and that, despite Russia’s withdrawal from several human-rights organizations, it still stands by the principles enshrined in the UN Declaration.
