Keto Gingerbread Cheesecake | Fast & Easy No Bake Cheesecake

This Keto Gingerbread Cheesecake is perfect when you are too busy to fuss around with traditional baked cheesecakes.
A no bake cheesecake is what I do around the holidays to save my sanity!
Ingredients:
4 bricks cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp gingerbread spice mix
4-6 tbsp sweetener of choice to taste
Gingerbread cookie crust or crust of your choice or even no crust!
Whipped cream topping
