For many, the most frustrating part of the Sam Altman drama is that, as of the date of this recording, no one is really sure why the drama happened in the first place. Elon Musk, for one, has demanded that OpenAI reveal the reasons for the initial firing because of the inherent potential dangers that A.I. poses. There can be no secrecy with this technology, he believes.
