Right now, I'm concentrating on eating complete, nutrient-dense meals that are low in calories, and I'm watching how much protein I consume. With this method, the mass is attacked first, much like a sculptor working with a block of stone. Calorie counting will be used later on, but for the time being, protein and dietary quality are the most important factors.
