RUSSIA has announced that President Putin has issued a DECREE which increases the size of the Military by 170000. The last time that Russia announced an increase it was swiftly followed by the MOBILIZATION of 300000 additional soldiers and a mass EXODUS of people who wanted to avoid being CONSCRIPTED. In this video I discuss the recent announcement, look at some of the promotional campaigns being used to RECRUIT new Soldiers and discuss the problems that Russia is now facing.
