Psycho-cybernetics or cybernetics is a form of mind control programming. Self help gurus teach people how to use cybernetics for self improvement but other parties have weaponized cybernetics against the average citizen. The usual nefarious suspects like META have used cybernetics to sway people's opinions or emotions about topics on their platforms.
