Random person Steals police car like its GTA

On January 28th, 2023, at approximately 2:09 AM, an Atlanta Police officer conducted a traffic stop at 2841 Greenbriar Pkwy SW. While the officer was speaking with the driver of that vehicle, an uninvolved subject entered the driver seat of the officer’s patrol car and fled the location.
