Researchers on HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment have expressed concern on the packaging and dissemination of information and messages about HIV/AIDS as opposed to fear tactics.
The head of prevention care and treatment infectious disease institute, Dr. Aggrey Semeere says HIV/AIDS disease no longer scare but much emphasis should be put on changing obstructive messages and also segmenting HIV/AIDS prevention information for 13, and 14 year teenagers.
