Ingredients
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
4 eggs

For milk mixture
1 cup of condensed milk
1 cup of evaporated milk
1 cup of heavy milk

For icing
100 gms of milk
200 gms of chocolate

Instruction
-Preheat the oven at 350 f or 180 C
-Separate the egg yolk and egg whites.
-Whisk the egg whites until they're fluffy.
-Gradually add the egg yolks to the egg whites, one at a time.
- Next, mix in sugar and vanilla essence into the mixture.
-Combine the baking powder with the flour, then gradually add and gently stir it into the main mixture.
-Transfer the batter into an 8-inch round baking pan.
-Bake it for 15 minutes at 350f or 180C.
-Allow the cake to cool for 20 minutes, then use a fork or skewer to pierce it.
-Prepare the milk mixture and drizzle it evenly over the entire cake.
- Next, prepare the chocolate ganache. and evenly spread it over the entire cake.
-Garnish it with chocolate shavings.
