Today's video is about the Toughbuilt Sub-Compact Folding Utility knife. The knife is a lightweight, comfortable to use utility knife. However, I cannot remove the blade from it once it wore out. I brought it back to Lowes, and was told it could not be exchanged, nor returned. They said its a known issue, and a manufacturer defect. Because its a defect, it cannot be exchanged, replaced, nor returned. According to them, they had ZERO in stock. Which wasn't true, as I went back to the shelf, and they had 5 j-hooks full of these knives, approximately 60 of them. I picked one up, and brought it back to the desk, and they still refused to swap it out. So I bought another one, to compare on this video. I have this video public, and I will post this same video on Lowes product page, hoping something gets fixed.
