Israel Uncovers 800 “Hamas Tunnel Shafts” In Gaza | Iran Slams US For Israel’s “Genocide” In Gaza
The IDF said its troops had discovered more than 800 tunnel shafts in the Gaza Strip since the beginning of the ground offensive. Around 500 of them have already been destroyed, either by setting off large amounts of explosives inside or by sealing them, as per the IDF. The IDF said it had also destroyed hundreds of kilometres worth of tunnels in addition to the shafts. The Hamas health ministry said 15,523 people had died in the Gaza Strip since the start of the war with Israel. A UK-owned ship passing through the Red Sea has been hit by rocket fire. Iran’s Foreign Minister warned of deeper regional conflict if Israel did not stop its “war crimes” against the Palestinians.
