Most importantly, this building is certified as seismically safe and is built with high-quality materials. It is good that it comes in a variety of sizes that range from a 290-square-foot home for $33K to a 904-square-foot design for $73K, depending on your budget!

In addition, all basic models include a bathroom with sanitary facilities, kitchen connections, one stage staircase and technical installations. This compact house has all the essentials of what the definition of a home is all about. It is cozy, it is practical and is fully functional!

The good news is that M.A.Di is innovative and easy to personalize because it gives that homy feeling and can become the cozy, safe place that is highly customized according to one’s needs.

Using an unconventional folding technique, the M.A.Di house is an unfoldable modular living unit designed as and earthquake-resistant structure for residential, leisure and hospitality use. It can also be used to set-up temporary villages for sports, fairs and first aid facilities in case of natural disasters. In terms of eco-friendly sustainability, the unit does not consume soil, as they do not need any foundations when temporarily placed on a level ground.
