Ingredients:

2 medium ripe bananas
3 medium eggs
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup(80 g) yogurt
2 tbsp maple sirup
2-3 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup(50 g) oat flour
1 cup(100 g) almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup(40 g) nuts
bake 45 minutes at 170°C/340°F
