Local experts weigh in on net neutrality as FCC considers new regulations

Wednesday, the Federal Communications Commission released their final proposal for ending what’s known as net neutrality. The FCC will vote on the plan on December 14.  The phrase has been buzzing around the internet, but not everyone knows what it means.
