Vehicle registrations haven't been frozen yet for unpaid tolls

Thousands of drivers with unpaid RiverLink tolls have a little more time to pay those fees before their registration are frozen, but probably not much. The states had planned to start freezing registrations for drivers with unpaid tolls starting at the end of October, but because of the massive response to the news, RiverLink hasn't yet pulled the trigger.
