The SBU and the intelligence agencies of Ukraine received information about the preparation of provocations on the international stage by the Russian special services, directed against Ukraine. The enemy's main goal is to reduce the support of foreign partners and try to split Ukrainian society from within.

According to the plan of the special services of the Russian Federation, the holding of a large-scale IPSO should lead to a change of mood in the partner countries of the anti-Russian coalition and will encourage representatives of the Ukrainian political community to declare narratives about the need for a negotiation process with the Russian Federation under the conditions of a war freeze.

The special services of the Russian Federation planned to actively support these statements through the pro-Russian political forces of foreign countries.

Among the enemy's plans is the involvement of individual Ukrainian politicians in the IPSO during their visits to third countries.

According to received counterintelligence data, it is in this context that information regarding the planned meeting of the head of the European Solidarity party P. Poroshenko with Prime Minister Viktor Orban, who systematically expresses an anti-Ukrainian position, is a "friend of Putin" and calls for the lifting of sanctions against the Russian Federation, can be considered in this context .

The Russian Federation planned to use this meeting (as well as other "working meetings" of domestic politicians with representatives of states that broadcast pro-Russian narratives) in its IPSO against Ukraine.

The SBU appealed to the Office of the President, the Cabinet of Ministers and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with a proposal to take into account information about the enemy's plans during the organization and approval of foreign missions of Ukrainian delegations.

Therefore, the leadership of the Verkhovna Rada did not grant permission for a foreign business trip to a Ukrainian deputy who was supposed to become a tool in the hands of the Russian special services.

We remind you that according to the legislation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is the main body of the executive power in forming and ensuring the implementation of state policy in the field of foreign relations of Ukraine.
