Regina and I caught up today, she's from Austria, then moved to Portugal, then India, now in Laos.

I caught up with Regina today. Regina is originally from Austria, she was having a lot of problems, especially with Directed Energy weapons being directed at her body. Regina then moved to Portugal to a friend, then on to India, she is now in Laos. Regina became aware of her Targeting back in 2016.
