Building a booty.

Seems to be the trending topic at the moment but what I see is a lot of glute isolation exercises being done. If we isolate but don’t integrate we create disfunction.

Once your posture is optimal, your core is working etc. you can start to go heavy with functional exercises to build strength and hypertrophy. It’s important to have the right foundation first. “You can’t fire a cannon from a canoe” - Paul Chek.
