Innocent driver hits stop stick: Who pays?

An Ohio woman had to pay a new set of tires and pay towing costs after she got caught in the middle of a high-speed police chase on I-75. An Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper threqw a stop tick ont the road to try to stop a man fleeing from police. But he switched lanes and the innocent driver ccaught in the high-speed lane ran over it. State law allows her to file a claim, the state's not required to pay her back.
