LEBANON, Ohio -- A convicted sexual offender has been indicted in Warren County in a case based partly on “touch DNA,” according to Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell. Kyle Motz, 31, of Salem Township, was indicted on two counts of gross sexual imposition, according to a list released on Monday by Fornshell’s office. Motz, a Tier 1 sex offender from a previous case, was arrested after DNA taken from clothes worn by his alleged victim matched his, Fornshell said. Motz is alleged to have forced sexual contact with a 63-year-old woman running along the Little Miami Trail between Morrow and South Lebanon
