Don't be the first A-Hole

2nd Part is a video of my old police agency, with our Deputy Chief Mike dealing with a guy who likes to create scenes and get arrested, its about 9-10 years old, when people first started instigating situations with police. Mike had over 30 years on the job and could be as kind or mean as he needed to be, but was always professional and liked to play coy/naivete about situations, to gather more information and appear unsuspecting.
He held officers accountable if they did wrong, but stood up for officers who had to make split second decisions, even if the end results were not ideal. A true leader.

Walk softly, and carry a big stick
