PERSONAL Hx:
My personal testimony of my own personal healthcare is that I have stayed away from ALL of the Rx drugs I possibly could have and can.
I haven't been V'd for over 40 years, since a kid. Since then, I've had one steroid pill prescription for cluster headaches, which worked within 2 days. I took magnesium daily to successfully cure migraines, previous to that. (Talking nose bleed headaches! ^BP)
Guess that was a rebound vengeance comeback. BYE!

Other than that, I had mono and, more recently (1993?) suffered Hanta-Virus while living in AZ. One injection for that.

Virtually nothing else on record or off record - Rx.
Off record, I used quite a few natural supplements, including
vitamins and, more importantly, minerals.
Natural diet is most important!
A Dietician with a Masters Degree or better is a really good expert to consult!
Find a very good N.D. / Naturopathic Doctor or Doctor of Naturopathy.
