This may seem silly for some.people but it's honestly an awesome workout. I have a heart palpitation and slight murmur so this type of movement helps me build up stamina so my heart beat normally longer into my exertion times, the hearts a muscle too. it isn't sever to the point of needing addressed medically, but addressing it with lifestyle is certainly an option to help lower the amount of murmur and palpitation in working gout or exerting myself.
If you have anxiety it also helps to work out in ways to increase heart rate, it makes you become accustomed to the feeling that occurs when anxiety attacks hit, so that part of it isn't as disconcerting.
plus I like dancing and music, it's fun.
