The dogmatic bull Cum Ex Apostolatus Officio states: “If ever at any time it shall appear that any Bishop, … or any Cardinal of the Roman Church, or even the Roman Pontiff, prior to his promotion or his elevation as Cardinal or Roman Pontiff, has deviated from the Catholic Faith or fallen into some heresy: the promotion or elevation, even if it shall have been uncontested and by the unanimous assent of all the Cardinals, shall be null, void and worthless.”
At the end of his Bull, Paul IV declares: “No one at all, therefore, may infringe this document of our approbation or by rash presumption contradict it. If anyone, however, should presume to attempt this, let him know that he is destined to incur the wrath of Almighty God and of the blessed Apostles, Peter and Paul.” (1559)
Does this dogmatic bull apply to the case of a manifest heretic Bergoglio?
The fact is that Bergoglio’s heresies reached their peak after his dedication to Satan in Canada (2022) and after the October Synod. Bergoglio clearly abused the papal office to introduce the so-called blessing of sodomite unions. This is rebellion and the gravest crime against God the Creator and the order of creation given by Him. With these supreme crimes against the 1st and 6th Commandments of the Decalogue, and also against the teachings of the Gospel of Christ, Bergoglio has excommunicated himself from the Church as an arch-heretic. He occupies the office of the papacy illegally and uses it contrary to its purpose.
When did Bergoglio, during his papacy, commit the public heresy of promoting sodomy for the first time? It was on his return from Rio de Janeiro in 2013. The highest office in the Church is to protect the doctrine of faith and morals, that is, it must call sin what it really is and condemn it as an obstacle to salvation. At the same time it is bound to point to the Saviour who took upon Himself the sins of the world. If it does not do this, and on the contrary even legalizes sin, it abuses supreme authority to massively spread the deadly infection resulting in spiritual darkness and eternal death.
Bergoglio’s intention to push for the legalization of homosexuality by abusing the papal office continued throughout the decade. He washed and kissed the feet of a transsexual, promoted the marriage of sodomites in the film ‘Francesco’, and, in addition, promoted their supposed right to adoption of children, even though he knows very well that many sodomites are also paedophiles. At the Synod on Youth (2018), he tried to push LGBT terminology into Church documents, and in the US he banned investigations into homosexual scandals in the Church, arguing that this would be dealt with globally at a meeting of bishops in Rome. Nothing was dealt with; on the contrary, he introduced an agenda of so-called accompaniment of homosexual persons. In reality, this means that they must not be told that homosexuality is a sin and must not be led to repentance through which they can be freed from this sin. He thus made a mockery of the efforts of the American bishops.
Bergoglio invites notorious homosexual prelates to the Vatican and entrusts them with the highest offices in the Church. When Archbishop Viganò called on him to resign along with his homo network, he brazenly laughed at him and rudely and falsely denigrated him, labelling him as the “accuser of the brethren”. It is de facto only homosexuals, transsexuals and Masons that he invites to the Vatican for private visits. In doing so, he shows his ideological unity with the LGBTQ Agenda 2030.
The whole so-called synodal journey was disguised for two and a half years. In fact, from the very beginning, it was about a covert promotion of the ideology of homosexuality, basically the abolition of moral principles and God’s laws. The pseudo Pope thus eliminates the need for repentance and Christ’s ransom sacrifice for our sins. He exchanges the path of salvation for the broad path to destruction. The October Synod behind closed doors, as Cardinal Müller witnessed, had as its main goal the ecclesial legalization of homosexuality coupled with the so-called blessing of these sinful unions.
Already last year, Bergoglio covertly initiated the practical heresy of the legalization of sodomy with the so-called blessing of homosexual and queer couples through the Bishops’ Conference of Germany and Belgium. Publicly in January 2023, Bergoglio announced to the world media that bishops must undergo conversion to welcome LGBTQ persons. So it is clear that Bergoglio did not make a one-time mistake, neither was it a mere theological error or material heresy. He has been doing all this consciously and according to a preconceived plan, and he is not going to back down. This longstanding intention of his shows that he was already a heretic before his papal election, and he assumed the papacy already with this intention of systematically destroying God’s laws and legalizing sodomy.
There are facts from the past that prove that Bergoglio, while still Bishop and Cardinal of Buenos Aires, abused his ecclesiastical authority to push for state legalization of sodomy. This is evidenced by his publicly known correspondence with prominent politicians, as well as by his active efforts to free criminals convicted of sodomy coupled with paedophilia from prison. The statement of Paul IV’s dogmatic bull Cum Ex Apostolatus Officio applies to him, saying that his election as pope was null, void and worthless.
The situation with Bergoglio can be compared to that of a criminal who committed several murders but was not immediately caught red-handed and exposed. When he was finally caught in the act after ten years of his evil activities, only then was it possible to conduct a retrospective investigation of his crimes. Even those crimes that had been concealed in the past were subsequently investigated, up to the first one, which proves that he was already a criminal and deserved a just punishment.
Jorge Bergoglio is a similar case. Only now is it possible to retrospectively bring facts into light and on their basis to determine the invalidity of his promotions or elevations in the Church, taking notice of the fact that he was a heretic.
Concerning the invalidity of the assumption of the papacy, Archbishop Viganò puts it briefly:
“…in practice, an unbroken and consistent series of (Bergoglio’s) acts blatantly contrary to the purpose for which the Papacy exists … demonstrates the determination to use papal authority and the power that comes with it for subversive purposes: this invalidates the authority itself…, because it reveals Bergoglio’s mens rea and his incompatibility with the function he holds. … Bergoglio intended to use – and still uses – the Papacy to destroy the Church and damn souls.”
We may add that even simple logic proves that if someone continuously acts contrary to the purpose set by the office he occupies from the very beginning, it is clear that he has usurped the office with the opposite purpose. Bergoglio had the intention, even before the papal election, to abuse the papal office to destroy the Church and therefore the papal election is null, void and worthless according to the Bull.
The tragedy is that even though this truth has now been revealed and voiced, many bishops continue to regard Jorge Bergoglio as a valid pope. They submit to him despite the fact that he openly seeks the self-destruction of the Church and its transformation into a New Age anti-church. Every bishop is obliged in this situation, while there is still time, to separate himself and his diocese from the false submission to Bergoglio and his sect. If Bergoglio tries to remove him from office, as happened with Bishop Strickland, then he not only should not, but must not obey. Bergoglio’s orders are null, void and worthless.
