• milk for dipping
For the cream:
• 500 ml milk (2 cups)

• 40 g corn starch (3 tablespoons)
• zest of one lemon
• 1/2 lemon juice
• 200 ml of already sweetened whipping cream (3/4 cup)
Decorations:
• sliced almonds
• peanut granules (optional)
