Legal Argument 01: Misuse of Genetically Modified Organism in Australia

Australian Barrister Julian Gillespie argues that the Australian Secretary of Health failed to address the fact that the mRNA products are in fact Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs). The Secretary of Health denied in writing that they are GMOs. The Secretary of Health has no power to determine this, as it is the role of the Gene Technology Regulator, who admitted in an October 2023 senate hearing, that they are GMOs. This admission should have implications worldwide.

The Gene Technology regulator dishonestly denied their regulatory powers over the products. Gillespie explains why his team are now suing Pfizer and Moderna, with proceedings still afoot.
