Philadelphia City Counsel Passed A Resolution To Make Every Friday 'Buy Black Business Friday'

A bill was introduced in Philadelphia that will designate every Friday in December as Buy Black Business Friday. This is the 3rd year in a row the city counsel passed this divisive measure.
