A pinch of freshly grounded black pepper
½ of an orange, yellow, or red pepper chopped

Ingredients for the three-cheese chicken Marinara
1 - 1 ½ pack of penne pasta
A pinch of salt for the pasta
2 pounds of chicken cut into cubes
Freshly chopped basil leaves
Freshly chopped oregano leaves
½ of a green pepper thinly sliced
½ of a red pepper thinly sliced
¼ of a red onion thinly sliced
1 bottle of marinara sauce
150 grams of parmesan cheese
150 grams of Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
150 grams of Gruyère
A pinch of grounded black pepper for the pasta mixture
