Rep. Comer: House Oversight is prepared to go to court to enforce Hunter Biden subpoena

Representative James Comer (R-KY) says Hunter Biden’s team “won’t have a leg to stand on in court” if they try to defy the House Oversight Committee’s subpoenas. “We’ve accumulated a mountain of evidence of criminal wrongdoing by the Biden family. Now [we’re in] the final stages,” Rep. Comer says. “And the final stage, just like any other investigation, involves depositions.”
