Rally calls for hate crime law in Indiana

Indiana is one of five states without a hate crime law. Marion County Prosecutor Terry Curry is joining a rally to call for a passing of a hate crime law. He says that the law would make Hoosiers safer. FBI statistics show there were 78 hate crimes reported in Indiana in 2016, the second straight year of hate crime increases.
