Woman CT State Trooper saves someone from trying to jump off the Baldwin Bridge

Ct state troopers got a call to Baldwin Bridge. They did an amazing job and saved this woman's life. The woman trooper was Supervisor Ashley Harkens. The other officer was Supervisor Matthew Belz. He has a checkered past. The department let his crimes slide. But he did good here.
