This man, Gonzalo Lira, an AMERICAN CITIZEN has been arrested and "disappeared" in Ukraine into some gulag where he will probably died all because he called out the criminality and corruption of the US govt who is running Ukraine. He was obviously disappeared with not only the complicity but by orders of the US govt/CIA themselves since the Ukraine is completely, 100% run by the US since the coup the CIA did there in 2014.
