Lt. Col. Richard French was tasked with developing the Blue Book project in 1952.

This project was based on studying UFO phenomena in the United States of America and identifying potential dangers.

Thousands of UFO reports have been collected, analyzed, and filed. As a result of the Condon Report, which concluded that there was nothing unusual about UFOs, Project Blue Book was shut down by order in December 1969, and the Air Force continued to provide the following summary of its investigations:

No UFO spotted, investigated, and evaluated by the Air Force presented a threat to US national security. There was no evidence brought or discovered by the Air Force about the accounts classified as unidentified that indicated evidence of technologies or knowledge superior to modern scientific knowledge; and There was no evidence to indicate that the sightings classified as unidentified were alien vehicles.

However, more than 12,000 situations involving extraterrestrial civilizations have been identified, and many of them have become public. The most sensitive reports are still kept in the archives of the American secret services.

Richard French retired and decided to shine a light on the event produced on the seafront of the island of St. John’s in 1952. The French claim that hundreds of people witnessed this strange event involving two UFOs.

The small alien craft, 18 meters wide and only 3 meters high, broke down and drifted on the water. Not far from the shore, about 20 meters away, the UFOs floated while being repaired by two little gray men.

“The first thing I saw was the two alien craft. Two aliens, about 2 or 3 meters tall, with deep gray skin and only 3 fingers on their hands were repairing their UFOs. It could be seen very well because the water was clear. The UFOs were not on the bottom of the water, but somewhere halfway between the surface and the bottom,” said Lt. Col. Richard French.

The whole operation lasted only 20 minutes, after which the gray humanoids entered the aircraft and took off at an impressive speed. The French believe that these flying machines developed in just a few seconds at a speed of more than 5,000 km per hour.
