This issue is particularly hot on college campuses in the wake of the recent terror attacks in Israel, where speech is often regulated, but the rules are applied unequally and inconsistently. The reason? As Professor Jacobson explains, college campuses have been “completely ideologically captured by the left,” leading to an extreme intolerance of other people’s viewpoints.
