Lamb ribs
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1.7 L hot water

For the Pilaf;

1.7 L broth (from cooked lamb ribs)
3 cups of bulgur (or rice)
Salt, black pepper
1 cup of boiled chickpeas (optional)

Advice: Serve with some ayran and Turkish pickles"
