People brand new to resistance training do not understand that no matter how hard you train a certain area, you body does not lose weight in one specific spot. There is no such thing as spot REDUCTION, but you can spot TONE, provided you have the requisite lower body fat percentage.

If you are worried about sagging triceps, here's the good and bad news. Good news, you can fix that, bad news, it's not as simple as doing triceps extensions.
