I guess this was MY fault. At least according to Neo's agency rep who noted it was my responsibility to provide sufficient small-item bling, bobbles and toys to satisfy a Pack (Wood) Rat's so-called "inclination for independent mercantile activities" (i.e. theft) else they have no choice but to dismantle surrounding structures and/or previous repair materials.
