Hyderabadi Dum biryani
Ingredients:-
1kg Chicken and 1k Rice 500gm Onions (shallow fry)
AKHNI PROCESS:-
take 1 kg Chicken add 3tpl of ginger garlic paste, 2tpl red chilli powder, salt as per taste, 1tpl jaiphal javitri powder, half tpl Kesar, half tpl Elaichi powder, khadey masala according to you, 1 bunch of kotmir and pudina, 1tpl garam masala, 3-4 green chillis, shallow fried onion, 1 lemon juice, 50ml of Oil..
After adding all this ingredients mix it well and leave it for 1& half hour
After that add 50gms Cream, half kg curd, mix it well and put it on a stove
Take another Utensil and add water and salt in it, khadey masala, 1 bunch of kotmir pudina, 1 lemon, 2-3 tpl oil and now mix this all and let it boil...
When water is boiled add Soaked Rice (1 hour soaked) to it..
