Wagyu Beef Brisket on Offset Smoker -- Lobel's Wagyu Brisket

I show you how to smoke the best beef brisket you've ever tasted!!! I smoke a Lobel's Wagyu Beef Brisket on the Yoder Wichita. I smoked the brisket at 225F for 14 hours and used a mix of Post Oak and Pecan wood for flavor. The rub was simple and the recipe is below.

My good friend Tom from Tom's Test Kitchen joined me for a final taste test. This was the best brisket that either of us have tasted!!!

Rub used:
1/3 Cup Kosher Salt
1/3 Cup Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Ground Cayenne Pepper

Begin spritzing after 4-6 hours about every 30 minutes until done.
Spritz used:
1 Cup Apple Juice
1 Cup Dill Pickle Juice
1/4 Cup Frog Bone Hot Sauce
