Pork Chops with Biscuits and Gravy

Today we brown bone-in pork chops on the stove to create the fond we will use to make a homemade milk gravy for our biscuits. This is a classic Southern dish that is very simple and quick to make in your own home any weeknight. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
