The Ultimate Corned Beef Sandwich

What do you do with left over Corned Beef? You make the ultimate sandwich with it!! I take the leftovers of some USDA Prime Corned Beef Brisket, slice it thinly, reheat it with some sauerkraut, top it with Provolone, toast up some Jewish Rye bread, and spread on some fine German Mustard to build my sandwich. Folks, it doesn't get any better than this!!
