Pork Butt on the Kamado Joe

Today we show you how to smoke pork butt on the Kamado Joe. I use Oak Ridge BBQ rub to flavor the butt. The butt was 8 pounds and it took 12 hrs to reach an internal temp of 200F cooking at 230F - 250F on the Kamado Big Joe.
