Grilled Skirt Steak with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce Recipe

If you've never had steak with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce, then you are in for a treat. I grill a USDA Prime Skirt steak provided by Lobel's of New York and put slices of the steak over some Fettuccine with a Homemade Gorgonzola Cream Sauce.

I also use Lobel's New York Marinade to marinate the skirt steak.
This marinade is nicely balanced with some sweet and heat and it goes very well with beef, poultry, pork, seafood, or vegetables.
