Fajitas on the Kamado Joe - HEB Mi Comida Fajita Meat Review

This video is a review of the new Texas HEB brand of Mi Comida Beef Skirt Steak Fajita meat. This is a new product they sell and I found it to be very, very good. I grill the skirt steak on the Kamado Joe at 600F for a nice sear.
