This is the most succulent & delicious Pressed Pork Belly you will ever taste. The pork belly is placed onto a bed of garlic mashed potatoes and sprinkled with the pan gravy. I pair this with a mixed green salad with herbs and walnuts, with a lemon herb dressing.
