Today I show you how to cook BBQ Chicken on the Kamado Joe. We are cooking low & slow at 225F until the chicken reaches 150F internal, then we ramp up the Kamado Joe to 350F and crisp up the skin. The last 15-20 mins of the cook, we coat the chicken with 2 new BBQ Sauces from Grillin' Magic. The end of the video is a review of the BBQ Sauces.
