This is the Pre-Spring Fling Party at Moonshines Roadhouse. I brought some Texas USDA Prime Ribeyes from HEB. I also had a USDA Dry-aged Prime Tri-tip from Lobel's of New York.

We had special guests from all over. Maybe you'll see your favorite YouTube cooking star?
