Bananas Foster on the Grill -- A Tasty How To Video
This Bananas Foster has grilled Bananas which add so much flavor to an already wonderful dessert and I add more flavor by using Tango Spice Company's Southwest Sunset spice blend. You must give this a try!!!

Warning - Use caution when lighting the Rum for a flambe'
Bananas Foster Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup banana liqueur
4 bananas, cut in half lengthwise, then halved
1 Tbsp Tango Spice Company's Southwest Sunset (optional)
1/4 cup dark rum (151 proof really makes a good show)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1) Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
2) Brush some of the melted butter onto the flat side of the bananas.
3) Spinkle Tango Spice onto quartered bananas and set aside.
4) Add Dark Brown Sugar to the melted butter in the skillet.
5) Heat skillet and cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves.
6) Stir in the banana liqueur when the sugar/butter mixture smells like caramel.
7) Grill the bananas flat side down for 1 minute.
8) Add the grilled bananas to the caramel mixture.
9) Add the dark rum.
10) Continue to cook the sauce until the rum is warm(5-10 secs), then tip the pan slightly to ignite the rum or use a lighter.
11) While flame is burning, sprinkle on the cinnamon.
12) When the flames subside, lift the bananas out of the pan and place four pieces over each portion of ice cream.
13) Generously spoon warm caramel sauce over the top of the ice cream and serve immediately. Enjoy!!!!
