I like Shyvana a lot but BOY, does her kit need updates. I think her biggest issue is the power balancing between Dragon/Human. You basically never want to be in Human form because of how powerful Dragon is. Due to the power of Dragon, Human is kept incredibly weak AND the time window of Dragon is extremely small. I think to preserve this idea of 'power window' they should nerf dragon while inversely buffing human form and make her ultimate akin to Bel'Veth (longer window of time but TRUE DRAGON locked behind taking Drakes). This in my opinion would help fulfill her power fantasy. But maybe that wouldn't work, who knows.
